Applications to apply for a Christmas hamper from the Vegreville Christmas Bureau are now being accepted.
The Bureau begins its operations each year in November and distributes donated items such as food, clothing, and toys to community members in need every December in time for the holiday season.
Chairperson for the Bureau Joanne Veldkamp says that both physical donations and financial contributions remain important to the organization.
She goes on to say that she is very grateful for the enthusiastic support from the community of Vegreville for the program.
Those looking to apply for a hamper may do so at the Vegreville Christmas Bureau office located in the Galleria Mall until December 4th.
