The lone game in the Powerline Baseball League on Wednesday night saw the Vegreville Blue Jays get back in the win column.
The Jays went out on the road and topped Camrose 5-1.
Vegreville’s record this season now stands at 3-2, while the Roadrunners drop to 2-4.
Tonight (June 6th) at 7pm – weather permitting – the Blue Jays will take on the Braves at the Tofield Recreation Grounds.
Tofield has 1 win and 5 losses so far as part of PBL action in 2024.
The next contest for the Blue Jays will be at home on Tuesday, June 11th at 7pm when The Rivals come to the Riverview Ball Diamond in Vegreville.
