The Vegreville Wildlife Federation is excited to host its 11th Annual Outdoor 3D Archery Fun Shoot this weekend. The Federation is a membership based organization aimed at outdoor enthusiasts who are interested in the positive stewardship of wildlife and the environment, responsible hunting, fishing, and archery. Membership Director and Coach for the VWF Valerie Lowes says this annual event is great way to promote a fun outdoor activity like archery to the community.
Lowes adds that the event continues to grow in popularity and that the organization is thrilled to see more folks get excited about outdoor activities.
The 11th Annual Outdoor 3D Archery Fun Shoot is set to take place Saturday, June 8th, and Sunday, June 9th at the Vegreville Wildlife Federation outdoor range just north of the Vegreville Kinsmen Golf Course on Range Road 145. Registration will happen on-site on Saturday from 8am to 10am. A concession and a food bank drive will also be on-site for the weekend.
