Clean Sweep For Stott At Dash To Summer

Terry Cartier had the call as Jack Stott’s outfit finished off a clean sweep at Vegreville’s Dash To Summer event. Being driven by Jack’s son John, the team had the fastest time all three days, finishing first in the aggregate as well with a total time of 205.35. That was more than two seconds ahead of second place finisher Allan Bengston who ended the weekend with a total time of 207.58. The event was the first of the season for the Alberta Professional
Chuckwagon & Chariot Association. Next up is a trip to Rocky Mountain House this weekend for the 50th Rocky Pro Rodeo.

The Jack Stott outfit crosses first on Championship Sunday, giving the outfit the clean sweep, winning each day and the aggregate title.
