Semi-final series continues for Vegreville Blue Jays tomorrow night

The Vegreville Blue Jays have the chance to advance to the Powerline Baseball League finals tomorrow night (July 21st).

The Birds play host to Armena in game two of their best-of-three semi-final series. Vegreville took game one on the road last Thursday, beating the Royals 10-3. This year’s squad features a combination of long-time veterans and PBL newcomers. Outfielder Alan Ziegler says he likes what they bring to the table.

A win tomorrow night would put the Blue Jays into the league final for the first time since 2022.

First pitch is set for 7pm at the Riverview Ball Diamonds.
