Town of Vegreville issues reminder about alley space maintenance

The Town of Vegreville is issuing a reminder to property owners and occupants that community members are responsible for maintaining the grass behind their properties.

Regular maintenance includes mowing grass when it exceeds 15 centimeters, controlling excessive weeds, and removing loose garbage, litter, and debris.

Town officials say that these efforts help improve visibility and safety for everyone and helps keep alleyways clear for vehicles and pedestrians.

Municipal Enforcement will be conducting proactive patrols throughout Town to ensure compliance with this Community Standards Bylaw.
