Vegreville Agricultural Society gears up for busy summer

The Vegreville Agricultural Society is gearing up for a busy summer. While the organization is preparing for the Mother’s Day Critter and Garden Market on May 9th, President for the Society Kris Klammer highlights some of the other exciting activities scheduled for the rest of the spring season.

He goes on to say that the community can look forward to many events happening at the Society grounds this summer, including the biggest celebration of the season, the Vegreville Country Fair, happening this August.

Newly appointed Sponsorship Coordinator for the Agricultural Society Kerri Davis says these events would not be possible without the support of local businesses and the hard work of the many volunteers who donate their time.

To keep up to date on what’s happening at the Vegreville Agricultural Society this spring and summer, be sure to follow them on their Facebook page, or visit their website at vegag.ca.
