RCMP arrested a 32-year-old man from Edmonton after a high-speed chase near Cold Lake Tuesday afternoon.
It began around 3:45 p.m. when officers attempted to stop a black Dodge Charger. The driver fled before ditching the vehicle in a field. He then tried to run but was quickly caught by police.
No one was hurt, but the man now faces several charges, including flight from police and dangerous driving.
