Lac La Biche RCMP are seeking assistance from the public in identifying a house fire suspect.
Last Thursday (April 18th) at about 1:40pm, Lac La Biche RCMP were called to a house fire on Frenchman Way in Beaver Lake. They were there in assistance to Lac La Biche and Beaver Lake Fire Departments.
Upon arrival, RCMP officers noted that the residence was fully engulfed in flames. Investigation by the Lac La Biche and Beaver Lake Fire Department determined that an accelerant was used on the back porch to set the house ablaze.
Lac La Biche RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the person responsible for the fire. Anyone who has information or footage regarding this incident is asked to please contact the Lac La Biche RCMP Detachment, your local police, or Crime Stoppers ((1-800-222-8477 (TIPS)).
